Well, it's been a long time since I've posted anything, but I decided to re-activate this blog--even though the whole blog frenzy thing is pretty nauseating. I'll now add some knitting obsessional stuff to the stew of things.

Such as this, a scarf I just finished. It's Shape It from Sally Melville's book--I think it's Knit Stitch. I wanted to make a light summer scarf for my mom who lives in Houston--it's made of re-cycled cotton and nylon yarn from an ugly thrift shop sweater--I have enough yarn for another one--the yarn is hard to keep smooth and nice, but I kind of like that gnarly look. I added some Crystal palace Squiggle for fun--but i think I'll take it off as it's a little costumey looking.
